The Delta 2 eagles nest is in an open agricultural area so we can often see where the eagles perch.
Our White Rock nest has a spectacular view of Boundary Bay – and there are other pairs nearby so it’s a busy eagle area.
Surrey Reserve is the first Bald Eagle Reserve in BC, with a nest on land set aside during development so there would be room for the eagles.
Harrison Mills is our highest nest, 175 feet up a huge Douglas fir, overlooking the Sandpiper golf course and the Harrison-Chehalis Flats.
New for 2023 are cameras on two nests very close to water – the Boundary Bay Central nest in Delta on the shore of Boundary Bay and the Mission Harbour Dyke nest on the edge of the Fraser River in Mission, BC.

This is a new nest built in Delta, BC, on the shore of Boundary Bay in 2022, with cameras added in the fall of 2023; the eagles there successfully raised an eaglet in 2023.
Harrison Mills Nest
Mission Harbour Dyke Nest
This is a new nest built in 2023 by Hancock Wildlife on the Harbour Dyke in Mission, BC, on the shore of the Fraser River. The river is a prime fishing spot for eagles, so we are hoping a pair will adopt this new nest.
